You can pick up your custom ordered board at our shop in River Falls, WI. If you need to have your board delivered, there is an additional delivery fee. If you’ve ordered a grazing table or booked Carti Brie, I of course come to YOU!

What began as a quirky side hustle to juggle mom life and make some dough has turned into a wild culinary ride, bringing deliciousness to every corner of the St. Croix Valley! Blending my natural knack for serving with an unapologetic obsession for top-notch quality, That Girl Brie's food spreads are hitting all the right taste buds – and my customers can't get enough!

While food is my passion, family is EVERYTHING! When I'm not busy whipping up delightful and colorful charcuterie spreads, you'll find me wrangling my two wild (yet oh-so-loveable) boys, Nixon and Fletcher, in River Falls, Wisconsin, alongside my partner in crime, Brandon. And to add a touch of chaos, there's Norman (affectionately referred to as Norman Noodles in our home), our mischievous French bulldog pup – a little terror with a whole lot of charm.
